Best Western Plus Frontier Inn

The customer service is at the top. When we arrived we were greeted by smiling clerks, who handed us a bag with a horseshoe ornament attached shock had bottles of water, sunscreen, hand sanitizer, lip conditioner, a clear bag to carry it all to the Cheyenne Frontier Days. They also offered a shuttle to and from frontier days! We haven’t seen that kind of service in many years. We have told everyone how that made our trip. Not having ever been to CFD we had no idea where to park if we drove, so the shuttle was also a wonderful surprise! Thank you to everyone who had input.

It was close to my daughter. Only hotel on east side of cheyenne. Nice location, right off of I-80. Very clean, with excellent breakfast. Nice comfortable beds. It was very quite, even with a bunch of High schoolers staying there. Front desk ladys very nice and polite. A little pricey, but I would stay again and try the pool.

The best roadside hotel we've ever been to. Management at the highest level. Cozy, carefully cleaned room, excellent swimming pool and Jacuzzi with hot water. The breakfast is simply excellent, the chef constantly monitors the availability of dishes in abundance. Pleasant staff greets guests in the lobby, and also offers hot cider or cold lemonade to your taste. The stop was unplanned, the trip was work-related. Therefore, it was even more pleasant to spend such a wonderful holiday in this hotel.

Breakfast was so good and replenished as people needed more. No empty bowls or serving plates. Room, bathroom and sleeping area very clean. Bed was comfortable. Slept deeply because it was so quiet!

Enjoyed our stay. Buffet breakfast was good each day. Room was clean. Love afternoon fresh baked cookies. Staff was friendly.
